he's a minority owner. he'll need to sell his 5% stake in the Heat before the league officially approves the Lakers sale.
in other news, the Buss family sold their remaining shares to Iger and Kushner. Jeanie is out as the Lakers governor. i'd bet Pelinka is the next big domino to fall in LA.
