How can the A's keep developing talent when they have one of the cheapest ownerships in baseball. They always start ou the year well and then start trading the talent away because they can't afford to keep them. Still they manage to find talent.. Maybe the Giants need to hire away the entire A's scouting system.

Either start him everyday or send him down.

I assume you're talking about Eldridge. It's a mystery why he's not starting at DH against LH pitching. They supposedly brought him up to provide a spark but he can't do that on the bench. He may not be ready for major league pitching but if that's how they feel then send him back to AAA.. He definitely needs to play every day. Vitello says there's not a spot for him every day right now so why bring him up.

One of the problems with Bryce is he's a one tool player right now. He's not going to hit for a high average with that SO rate. He isn't a good defender. He has very poor foot speed. He's here to provide power and that's it. That adds even more pressure because he has to be aware that they expect HRs. Unfortunately if they put him at DH someone has to sit. They can rotate between Devers, Adames, Schmitt and Chapman since Schmitt can play anywhere on the infield. That may not sit well with the establshed players but the manager needs to be willing to do it in the first place.
