The problem is they can't stay healthy. This would be a pretty good team with a healthy Steph (he's not fully healthy), Butler and Porzingas. The young players that have been forced into action have shown they can be a good part of the rotation but they aren't full time starters.

The Warriors and 49ers are currently built around older players. I doubt they planned it that way but their best players have been with them for several years now and command the big salaries. Neither team has had any long droughts so they haven't had a lot of high draft picks. The end result is a top heavy salary structure with players that have a lot of mileage on them.
