He has been a bottom tier defender the last two seasons, ranking in the low 20s and below in all relevant statistical categories (and often times well below the low 20s). At what point do we look at 2016 as the outlier and not the norm?

I have no desire to have a conversation with you about Panik because it will do no good. It's like discussing Belt with skeet. I'll pass.

I mean, if you dont want to have a discussion to back up the claims you are making about Panik's defense simply because I dont like the player, thats fine.

Does anyone else want to talk about it? Because it seems to be a common opinion around here that he plays good defense, but the last 2 seasons worth of statistics dont back that up in the slightest bit. Anyone?
