Glad they're are gone 4x4... The Brumbies have played terrible rugby the majority of the year & really struggle to score tries.
Aussie teams have been subpar this year & boring to watch... I'm happy they are out of the finals.

The Australian teams just didn't deserve to go any further this season... It would have been an awful result for the Highlanders to get bundled out after an average performance tonight on the back of a gruelling South African/Argentinean tour & then traveling all the way back to Dunedin to face the 2nd place Chiefs.
Highlanders looked flat tonight & I was worried the travel factor would get the better of them.

Almost won that one, both made errors last 5, hey how about elliot dixon number 6? solid game and i liked naholo, very mobile.

Rain and wind didnt help, travel just toughened them up more. Ok, Canes or Sharks? How about when Aaron Smith had the ball & all he had to do was get it out to win the game, then some how he lost it & gave it back to the Brumbies.
Love Smithy though, he's one of my favourite All Blacks. Glad it eventually all worked out.

The Hurricanes were truly sensational tonight. The Sharks Quarter Final performance unfortunately was the complete opposite.
The only downside to the match from the Hurricanes perspective was a potential serious injury to captain Dane Coles.
