That doesn't make her anywhere close to the greatest of all time though. Greatest woman probably yeah, but greatest in all UFC? Nah, she's not even in the running.

A lot of people on the list aren't. It's more so like an honorable mention. In reality, as of now the debate for greatest based on skills is only between Silva GSP and Jones. And maybe Conor soon

Ya, way too early in his career for anyone to make such a claim. im as big a fan of Conor as anyone out there. But am an even bigger Silva fan. I don't think anyone, let alone Conor, will ever surpass the legacy Silva left behind. He is the GOAT. Not just because he holds the title defense record, but because the way he won, and his finishing rate. His ability to finish opponents is what seperates him from GSP and Jones imo.



If you really think about it, Silva is undefeated in the UFC. His two losses to Weidman, we all know was a result of himself. Clowned around in the first one, broke his leg in the second one. His leg probably doesn't snap like that if not for his age as he was 38. And people act like he juiced his entire career because he failed one test after that injury at the age of 39 in order to heal it faster. Worst injury in MMA history, cut the man some slack.



His loss to Bisping was a robbery. He KOd Bisping cold at the end of the 3rd rd. The fact Bisping was talking to the ref isnt Silvas problem. Also he won the 4th and 5th rd (narrowly) imo. On top of that Bisping is the current champ. He was in his prime when he fought a 40 yr old Silva.


I had the score for that fight as:
Rd 1: 10-9 Bisping
Rd 2: 10-9 Bisping
Rd 3: 10-8 Silva
Rd 4: 10-9 Silva
Rd 5: 10-9 Silva

If you rewatch the fight you will see that Silva is the one that finished the 4th rd strong, and landed the most signifcant strike of the 5th rd (front kick)


Silva didnt have one scratch on his face, while Bisping was all bloodied up. Similar to Bisping vs Hendo, which many of us agree that Dan was robbed and should've won that decison.


Point im trying to make, is in the UFC, no one ever beat Silva, he beat himself. Chael was the closest, dominated Silva, but got choked out, and turned out to be on the juice. Then got owned in the rematch when he was clean.





Weidman has been exposed in the past year, and looking back at his title run, it wasnt impressive. All his victories were over washed up old fighters. His first test was Luke, he failed miserably. A focused Silva beats him the first time.
