Alvarez - Cotto fight doesn't look like it will happen.

Mayweather will back out. This also would have been much more exciting like 5 years ago, the luster has kind of worn off.

this non-fight is such a waste of time. if you're a boxing fan there are way better fights to be made in 2015

This fight is way too late.
Manny agreed to 60-40, agreed to May 2nd (Mayweathers request), agreed to drug testing, etc. He met all the demands. If Mayweather doesnt take this fight, I dont ever want to hear him talked about as one of the best. You cannot be talked about as one of the best if you side stepped the best competition of your era. The greats don't do that. If there wasn't a great for him to fight in his era, that would be different. But there is...and he has ran from it.

Dont get me wrong if this fight were to happen id buy it for sure but its a few years to late. Mayweather has way more to lose and Pacquiaosoueewihd has the most to gain. I dont see Mayweather agreeing to this fight
