I'm not wrong though. Booker looks deathly afraid of throwing it to Ayton inside. Bricker....err Bridges went back to his funky shooting motion that had disappeared for a little bit there, Paul was a non-factor and Galloway for some reason kept getting pulled even though he was the only one who seemed capable of hitting the broadside of the barn when shooting. They didn't just get outhustled and outplayed, they got outcoached too and they've a hyped Pacers team waiting for them tomorrow night.

Booker needs to dump Kendall Jenner, that entire family is toxic as hell, he's been playing like ass most of the season thus far.

I don't disagree with anything you said. But it's early in the season, and they are still figuring s**t out. No reason to kill themselves early. This season is gonna be a marathon, not a race. Booker will find his groove. It'd be nice if we can find a legit 4 at some point, because Crowder is a bit undersized and tonight it showed against Griffin, and it really showed when he had to switch off to Plumlee. Maybe Jalen Smith can give us quality minutes there when he's healthy enough to get back on the floor.
Huge statement game against the early Eastern conference leading Pacers, a night after losing an ugly one in Detroit. Bridges with a career day, scoring 34 in the win a night after an abysmal 6 point effort. Booker looked the best he has so far. Ayton providing solid interior defense and rebounding as usual, but it's pretty clear this team is gonna struggle to contain the premier power forwards in this league. Crowder is too small, and Saric is a bad defender, and is best as a role player off the bench.

Bridges showing up big time this year. The guy that makes me just as excited though is Cam Johnson. I thought he was a bad pick, didn't have much hope other than a poor man's Frye kind of outlook for him. Man has he changed my mind big time. Dude is balling.
Monty needs to rip intot he team at the half. This has been an ugly first half.
That's enough of this game for me. 3 of the 4 losses have been against teams we have no business losing to.
Is Jalen Smith dying? Dude's been out for two+ weeks now for "health and safety" reasons.
If only Booker had someone else capable of taking the scoring load off of him. The caliber of player that you might draft with say...the #1 pick. Someone with a true killer instinct. That'd be awesome.

Yeah Ayton is looking more and more like a bad pick at that spot. While I don't think he's a bad player at all he's no Luka or Trae.

Ayton played strong and aggressive yesterday. Booker has played poorly all season, lolz at his struggles being because of scoring load. This team is loaded with guys who have taken the scoring and playmaking load off his shoulders. It's Ayton's fault Booker missed an easy dunk at the rim during crunch time? Ayton also saved his ass with a rebound and jam after a missed layup at the rim.
We certainly need more of this. I believe it's coming.

I really like Trae and I thought he was gonna be a really good player during the draft too but in no way I would have taken Trae over Ayton. You guys should have drafted Luka bc he is an all-timer and you don't pass on talent like that - even if someone in the FO thought he doesn't fit well. You draft that kind of player and don't look back.

But, c'mon - Ayton is actually playing well this season. Booker needs to play better and I am sure he will. Takes time to adjust playing next to CP3 and not having the ball in your hands like you're used to. I think Ayton is in a no-win position bc Luka is putting up ridiculous stats like 30pt triple doubles every game.

And tbh - Trae has completely shat the bed since ppl in the NBA thread were like he's better than Luka (lol what a terrible take). He is averaging 18 and 9 in January and those numbers may look respectable but he's shooting 24% from 3 and 33% overall.

Again, it's a short sample size - but that's how Trae is. He is sooo up and down. Next 2 weeks - he may be dropping 35 a night and shooting 45% from 3. You can't play like a freaking yo-yo when games actually matter.

Careful man, Phoenix doesn't like to talk about Ayton's positives.
Damn, 26/17 game from Ayton. Terrible.

On the real though, this team has not been stepping it up in crunch time lately, and that's worrisome.
LOL
