Good deal for the Tigers to get rid of Fielders contract. It will allow them to move Cabrera to first base and probably sign Scherzer.

Interesting enough the Rangers may not be done yet. The Tigers may have to get new protection for Miggy in the lineup.

So Texas will absorb Prince's remaining $164 mil, while the Tigers only have to absorb $64 mil for Kinsler. Texas getting desparate again.
