Sad. I liked him as a coach.

When I first saw this I thought he was already dead though. I think I was thinking of the Utah Jazz old owner.
RIP
very sad and way too young. RIP Rick

Not only a great personality, but a great basketball mind. One of the guys who really advanced the 4-out, 1-in offensive set. RIP
RIP. I'll never forgive him for beating my Heels in the Final Four.

RIP. He was heck of a coach and seemed like a heck of a guy away from the sport too.
RIP Not a big gay guy

Wow, RIP. RT @FlyerHoops: Rest In Peace Rick Majerus. Word traveling on press row at UD Arena that the former SLU coach has passed away

He was Marquette coach at some point prior to those I believe also.
