2013 San Francisco Giants Thread

This ones over unless Belt comes through here, which he won't.
I'm no baseball fan but I must say watching the Giants offense is like watching paint dry. Atrocious.
ok, we're 5 games back from LA.
fck the dodgers for real
At least they knocked Billingsley out of the game after the fourth inning.

We need to get back to a 7 man bullpen soon. Nate's little league base running mistake.

This is why Timmy didnt get a long term deal. Yikes, will I get warned for inciting?

I remembered reading that the Giants offered Timmy a 5 year 100M but Timmy wanted a 7 or 8 year deal 175-200M otherwise it would be a one or two year deal, and both sides settled on a two year deal. With that said I glad Timmy rejected the 5 year offer and like Zito will have an expiring contract after next season.

We were up 2-0 with Timmy looking sharp. Missed the rest of the game and I wake up to this?

So you're to blame
Timmy looked great to start the game...I actually had hope

I had hope for Belt after his game against Kershaw. He didn't have much to show for the game at the plate, but he had solid at-bats and held his own against him.

Then, he looked completely lost at the plate again last night.

Kinda 1 step forward, 2 steps back with Belt.

Agreed. I really wanna see him succeed, but we need to see a level of consistency for him. Hopefully they keep him in the starting lineup to work through this.
