True statements indeed. but perhaps one of you can shed some light on this. couldn't the players themselves be granted an earlier exit from their contracts due to a racial work environment that directly affects their beliefs and culture? just imagine if that was the case. CP, DJ, BG, JC, DG or any of the marquee players off of the roster. it will bring down the empire somewhat. then he can load up on Jewish born players in a empty arena. yes I said Jewish. P.S DS is not white. he's a assimilated white. I'm willing to elaborate my beliefs another time and place. Irregardless, I think DS's actions have give Caucasian folks a bad rep.

Even if the NBA doesn't force him to sell his franchise, I can't imagine him being the owner much longer. This is a huge blow to the Clippers organization. If he stays, players would demand trades. Sponsors are currently dropping like flies. Even Doc is implicating that this might be his last year if Sterling isn't removed. And what free agents are they going to attract in a league dominated by African Americans? Scouts are reporting that draft prospects are saying they'd hold out if they were drafted by the Clippers. He done goofed up.

Even if that were true, I'm sure most of the owners are smart enough to not get caught airing out their prejudices and become the hot topic of controversy that has caused a media and nationwide uproar.

Sterling's racism has been known/speculated among NBA owner circles for decades but now, there is undeniable evidence to back it up via hours and hours of tape/recordings. It's out and everyone knows.

A few days ago, the Clippers were blooming title contenders. Now, all anyone talks/thinks about concerning the Clippers is their racist owner and the perception of this team has been marred. This is a huge distraction and if it continues to get out of hand, this puts a ton of pressure on the players and coaches - I can easily see Doc and a few of the players bailing.
