Yea he looks a lot bigger on the court than i expected. Just gotta work on that shot and see who runs with him up and down the court. Getting Arenas off the ball will cut down on a lot of the turn overs, and they will be able to actually run some offense instead of Gil just firing up a shot. i think it will benefit Arenas more also. At times it's like he plays on how the media and fans want him to play. Just go play ball. Score and keep scoring. Just still not sure where that knee is. I have no clue what to expect from Blatche who played great down the stretch. Hopefully they can dig up 40 wins maybe.

Yeah, like I said...that 8th seed in the East is up for grabs, and the Wizards could conceivably get it. It's really about whether or not they decide to play any kind of defense, because they have a lot of offensive talent. Totally agree with you about Arenas being off the ball.

Wall's gonna be a great player. He gets a lot of comparisons to D-Rose, but he's gonna be better than him. He's smarter and has much better court vision. He's gonna get a ton of steals too, which Rose doesn't do.

The only thing I don't like about him is that he sometimes tries to make a spectacular play when a regular play is the way to go, and he turns the ball over a lot because of that. But even with that, he'll be a stud from Day 1.

Yeah that's why I think Hinrich can help him just learning when to make the regular play instead of the highlight attempt.

Sources: N.Y. scout led improper workouts
For the past four years, the New York Knicks may have circumvented NBA draft rules by conducting secret workouts of collegiate players throughout gymnasiums in suburban Atlanta, Yahoo! Sports has found.

Knicks director of East Coast scouting Rodney Heard coordinated and conducted the sessions, three players who were involved in some of the workouts told Yahoo! Sports – including one May 2007 session that resulted in a devastating knee injury to Kansas All-American Brandon Rush(notes). A tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in Rush’s right knee forced him to withdraw from the 2007 draft and required surgery plus six months of rehabilitation.

If true, the Knicks are f**ked.

How many 1st round picks did the T'Wolves lose for the Joe Smith fiasco? I think the Knicks lose several draft picks over this, and a heavy fine to boot.

wasnt it like 3 or 4 that we lost

New York, October 25, 2000 - NBA commissioner David Stern handed down one of the most severe penalties in league history today against the Minnesota Timberwolves. He not only voided Smith's current contract, making him a free agent, but he also voided Smith's last two contracts, thereby stripping him of his "Bird Rights." Stern was not done there! He also fined the team $3.5 million and took away their next five first-round draft picks. Even further, Stern could still suspend owner Glen Taylor and/or vice president of basketball operations Kevin McHale.

The Draft pick loss was reduced to 3, but McHale was suspended for one year.
Anyone else think that watching the Heat game that the Heat just looked like the Cavs squad from last year with LeBron as LeBron, Wade as Mo Williams, and Bosh as Gloria James?

Good I hate the knicks one of the most overrated franchise who hasn't won Sh!t. The funny thing is that they held secret work out from draftees but all their draft pick are all mediocore at the most except for David Lee.
