I actually like them better with Deng & Noah. Melo's one of those "franchise" players that is good enough for you to think that's what he is, but not good enough to lead you to the promised land.

Interesting article about how the NBA is trying gain popularity in India. There's this 7 foot, 14 year old kid that supposedly has a bit of game, and is coming to a camp in Florida for young prospects.

If the game could grow there, it would be huge. I think we're going to start seeing the fruits of Yao & Kobe's popularity in China in the next 5 years, in the form of more NBA quality players that enter the draft, just as the European invasion happened about 10 years after the Dream Team in 1992. If they can tap into the Indian market, the same will happen there.
