I have never seen anyone so attached to Dirk's Dallas Dick on this forum ever, where have you been all this time?

Anywho, so I decided to entertain you and click on your pretty links...while doing so, I noticed a trend, one that I dont think you noticed...the only times the Mavericks have "embarrassed/demolished/raped/destroyed/obliterated" the Lakers (at least once again, in the two instances you are referring to) are when 3/5ths of our starting 5 has been injured...

And you kno whats crazier? Lets look at that 2nd link you showed us, the one from 2007, thats the year you guys went 67-15, ridiculously impressive mind you, shout outs to you guys, led by a very well balanced team with talent every where (not just Dirk was producing as evident by this), you guys were looking great, like the elite in the West, primed to make a strong run to the Finals...

But wait...

So all in all...I refuse to understand where you came from with this sudden love of Dirk's Dallas Dicks, I also do not understand your handle since if you are from the LBC then why are you a Mavs fan? And finally, the Mavs have always had talent, and a very good sized amount of talent, around Dirk "Chokesondick" Nowitzki and have always managed to choke...

Ive been a fan for years you dont have to be a fan of the same states team..seems like you are the bandwagon fan, but anyways to be specific i just joined this website about a year or two ago..damn you are not born and automatically put on the zone! To be exact 2004 is when i watched the mavericks and became a fan of the best PF in the nba...

And that was cute what you did about the powerhouse and all that good stuff(67-15) great job..you know not so long ago you guys had a similar story..but wait something drastic happened that changed the face of the nba.... wait for it...

The Boston Celtics killed you guys..i dont have all the fancy pictures and stuff, but we all know what happened

It just occured to me gameover you might be a warriors fan.. now if that excuse of a team is what you love, thats fine, but the mavericks are far superior than the warriors will ever be in every aspect, not only do you guys suck, but you have a horrible coach!! The one time the warriors beat us (actually the 4 times if you include the playoffs) you get all happy and download all kinda pics... damn..says somethin about how crappy your team is

Let me begin by saying please dont ever quote a post as long as the one I just posted, it just creates a lot of clutter in the thread and really does build anger and tension between some posters...

Now, anywho, back to the point of this bulls**t, believe it or not my friend, but from what Im sensing, I feel like we have quite a few things in common...

You seem like a relatively young fellow, I will not ask you for your age because I can understand if you wish not to post that in a public place, but I too am a youngin and so again, if you are not a youngin, pardon me for calling you one, no disrespect...

Anywho...I do not care what team you are a fan of, once again, since Im going to assume (since you did not really answer the question earlier) that you are from Long Beach, then I'd like to know HOW you became a Mavs fan. Were you from Dallas at any point in time? Family maybe? Friend? Were you attracted to the team by a combination of Dirk's moaning and groans and Cuban's fisting? I just want some details, calm down my friend, I was not attacking your fanhood, I just wanted to know how it came to be...

But yeah, I am the bandwagon fan, the guy who is from the burbs of Los Angeles, who was born and raised in these very burbs, and who grew up around Laker fans not only on a friend level but on a family level and was raised watching Shaq, Kobe, and company (random fact of the day, Magic made his speech about him having HIV and retired the day I turned 1, crazy s**t, I know, we have it on video camera with my dad crying in the background, it was a rough day on him), but yeah, Im the bandwagoner, definitely...

On another note, I know your not born on the zone but i appreciate your attempts of causing a humor wave and possibly getting some other users to quote your original post and follow it with lols, lawlz, smiley icons illustrating laughing, and other means of proving that they found your post funny. This is not Niner Talk, for the most part we are intellects around these parts known as Other Sports and we do not lawlz at your silly poor ill advised attempts of being comical...

However, i do applaud your efforts, you will get effort points in my book, but you are still in the negatives after the rough start you had in this thread, so you've got some work to do, but its okh, its an 82 game season, plenty of time buddy...

What the living flying flaming f**k makes you believe Dirk is the best PF in the NBA today?

I do feel like a case can be made, but I personally hate Dirk (had a bad experience with him in a Germany airport, not him literally, but images and advertisements of him that made me and several Germans create a scene, since then, Ive been scarred) so I will admit I could be semi-blinded to whats he has to offer besides his amazing deep throat abilities...

I like how you handled yourself through most of that post..classy.

Now I do not like the part where you said im trying to create humor when i am simply doing what you tried to do which was make me look like an A**

I am from long beach, and i became a dallas fan when i went over my friends house which was a huge dirk (no homo) fan and so i followed him up and saw what he was really about and figured out one thing..he is that damn good...

I am 19

Dirk is the best Power Forward because everyone accuses him of being soft when he averages near 10 rebounds a game, he also has career averages of at least 23 points a game (off the top of my head)

Anywho, again classy post and i am too on a nice guy tip..if it were earlier years i would have snapped also..good composure

Ahh, my friend my friend my friend...either you do not follow every team in the NBA as closely as you should or you just follow the Mavericks and dont really pay attention to anything else outside of that...

The year we played the Celtics, although some would say we were the favorites in that Finals, if you asked ANYONE prior to the season starting if they thought the Lakers would be in the Finals, everyone would s**t on your chest, force you to intake it through your nostrils and then laugh at your lack of judgement, so just for us to make it there and hell, even PUSH Boston to 6 relatively competitive games (except for that last one, obviously lol) was rather impressive on our parts...we werent the same as the Mavericks who demolished everyone in the regular season, busted open winning streaks left and right, and literally stepped on anyone in their way...we didnt do that in the regular season...you guys did...you guys had high hopes, you guys had big dreams, and you had one goal...

Our one goal was to just get outta the first round and be competitive to prove to Kobe that we're doing something and we got somethin special here...

Im not a Warriors fan, Im a Lakers fan, I will excuse you for making that mistake, s**t happens around here...

Also, take note in how I took your 2 posts (that you could have easily combined into one using the "edit" function) and answered and quoted both in one post? True I might have had to use the copy paste function and I can understand how thats a lil bit extra work, but notice just how much more user friendly it is to the community? Gameover I love how you are teaching me new things, you know people learn things everyday right? Awesome, I wish i could teach you something, but since you seem to know everything about basketball and you will probably be a basketball analyzer later, there is only one thing I can tell you... When Dirks career is over and we will no longer see that navy and silver jersey with the numbers 41 on it any more Dirk will be one of, if not THE best PF to ever play the game

Alright look cousin, I didnt purposely want to make you look like an ass, it honestly is just natural for me, I just say/type/do first thing that comes to my mind, which for the most part is a*****e like behavior, so dont take it personally, if anything, take it as a sign that I care about you or else Id just let your posts go without even bothering to comment (as I do with other ridiculous posters on this forum)...

But you did deserve everythign Ive said because quite frankly you've been saying some rather ridiculous statements with very limited evidence to back it up, around these parts, you need to come up with an extensive amount of evidence to back up ur s**t or ur better just saying it and always making sure to include the words/phrases "IN MY OPINION dirk is the best PF in the league" or "dirk is ARGUABLY one of the better PFs in the league" or other s**t along those same terms, Im sure you understand what Im saying...

Also, you're rather alone on this forum, I dont think there are any other Mavs fans so unlike the Laker, Warrior, Spurs, or hell, even the Magic duo we got here, you've got nobody, you are alone, so you gotta know that if you just slip up and say one thing, its gonna come at you from a million different directions all at once, its like a warzone out here, we are America, you are Grenada, its rough and you dont want to accidentally slip up or misword something so that to get some of these guys chuckin bombs and nukes in your direction, this forum could get very unattractive to you and we are all here as Niner fans so we'd hate for our allegiance to another team in another sport to be the reason why we can no longer come here and enjoy this beautiful place we call 49erswebzone...

Now I do, respectfully disagree with ur assessment of Dirk, but you kno what? To each their own, I will tell you now, several posters are going to quote that lil tidbit you put about him and list why he is soft and give you several points/parts of evidence to back their s**t up with thats quite substantial. I would take part in this, but this is not my area of expertise. I personally enjoy communicating with ppl and letting them hold their own opinions that are true to themselves and not trying to make them think otherwise, cuz for the most part, they wont change because then they'll feel like their bending over to my will and unless ur Dirk, then no one likes to get fisted from behind...

So welcome man, its good to see a fan of another team around, good luck this season and hope the injury bug doesnt getcha. I actually love Josh Howard and think he is ridiculously talented and quite the athlete, if he can get his off the court s**t taken care of and stay healthy, he'll only make you guys better.
