Stephen Jackson has done everything possible to make me go from being a huge fan to just completely hating him.

Not only did this guy scam the front office, I feel like he scammed the Warriors fans.

We took him in from Indiana and defended him when other people considered him a thug. We rooted hard for Captain Jack, bought his jersey, and accepted him. And then he treats this organization, the fans, and the game of basketball with absolutely no respect at all.

I'm just absolutely disgusted by him. Latrell Sprewell was a psychopath but I remember being more amused by his insanity than angry. Stephen Jackson is a con-artist who spun the adoration of the fans into a $28 million extension and then decided to mail it in until he gets traded.

Now we all know how the Knicks fans felt when Stephen Marbury became a cancer.

Ugh, and Jackson is killing his trade value by the day. We'd be lucky to get an expiring for him.

You basically just said EVERYTHING I was thinking since last night. I can't believe that I cheered and defended this POS last year. Everyone who talked s**t about him, I always had his back. But after yesterday, I can care less if we don't get s**t for him. How can you say that being captain for this team was overrated when you cried the moment Nelson assigned you the title?! Then to respond by saying you dont want the young guys to follow you when they're making more money than you. How selfish are you?! And what a cocky motherf**ker when publicly stating that there are a ton of teams that want you.

One more thing about this arrogant prick. He said he was pissed that Nelson took money away from him. Newsflash you thug. How about stealing money away from the organization when signing that extension?! Your career is done Jax and I can't wait till the season starts so I can hear the Warrior fans, the fans that basically changed your reputation, start to boo you.
dude's short term memory is f*cked up.. i understand his frustration w/ the organization.. and we always knew he was a rebel type.. but does that excuse his behavior?

I understand the frustration he must feel by having a good group of guys like Baron, JRich, Al, and Barnes suddenly removed from the squad and doing nothing in improving the team. But Nelson even had a meeting with Jax a year ago to tell him that the team was going to rebuild and that if he wanted to be traded to a contender, they would oblige him. Jax said no and that he will stay with this team and then sign an extension a week later.

He had us all fooled.

We exercised the option on Brandan Wright he's not going anywhere this offseason

Basically he has one more year after this year to prove himself. He's a free agent in the summer of 2011.

How long will the injury keep him out?

I dug this up so that it won't be lost.

I'm posting it on the opening post.

so what's the wager? we already have the s**t talking rights in the ROY bet

I'd bet money that the Wizards finish with a better record than the Warriors.

$50 paypal?

Yes, we're on. send me a PM on details.

I am guessing you think you won already. I admit, the Brandon Wright injury doesn't help my cause. I'd feel more confident if we signed another big to back up Randolph. I am hoping Stromile Swift since noone else is left.
