I have them at $36,401,561 under their adjusted salary cap, before knowing Waitman & Kirk's details.

Kirk's terms, 1yr $3M base value, $1.61M GTD base salary, $1.17M signing bonus, $170K per game roster bonus, and $50K workout bonus, $2.96M cap number.

Waitman's terms, 1yr $1.29M, $1.215M base($400K GTD), & $75K signing bonus, $1.15M cap number as his base salary only counts $1.075M against the cap.

Wallow's terms, 1yr $1.24M, $1.215M base($330,300 GTD), only counts $1.075M against the cap, $25K roster bonus for making the week 1 53-man roster, $1.075M cap number.

I have them, with everyone accounted for, $26.845M under their adjusted cap.

Okuayinonu's terms are in, 1yr $2.3M, $1.605M base salary($1.3M GTD), $500K signing bonus, $170K per game roster bonus, & $25K workout bonus, $2.28M cap number.

I have the 49ers $28.085M under their adjusted cap.

Robert Jones terms, 1yr, $1.75M, $1.64M fully GTD, $1.655M cap hit, $1.3M Base(fully GTD), $340K signing bonus, $85K per game roster bonus, $25K workout bonus, have the 49ers at $30.352M under they $340.19M adjusted salary cap.

AB - need your insights on the new Trent Williams deal? My understanding is that it should increase our '26 salary cap space by at least $10M.

Nice. I know a lot of it will be rolled over into next year but I still think we may make a trade during the draft. We have approx $40M in space.

plus aiyuks release will provide some more, I believe.

Not sure if spotrac is accurate but it is saying his cap hit is $46.31M for 2026. That would be eating into the cap space for 2026, not making more.
