I did it, I'm $11,283,866 over, but, OTC is projecting the cap at just $176M right now, I'm at $185M, plus they don't have projected adjustments(credits), which would be $6,135,750, plus the $9M extra from the difference in cap space, I'd be at $3,851,884, also what's weird is I can't do veteran minimum salary benefit deals on the website, and also the RFA tenders are higher in this calculator than they have projected, like they're saying $3.422M for 2nd Rd, but they have Warner at the $3.384M, which would be the 2nd Rd tender. Also they have the original rd at $2.24M, when it will likely be $2.133M, so if I take away the differences, I get an additional $183,000, so up to $4,034,884, then if we subtract the differences for minimum salary benefit deals that would count on the top 51, we'd have an additional $280,000, so up to $4,314,884. Also they have Jordan Reed and Jamar Taylor at $1.075M, but they would be $850K on minimum salary benefit deals, so that's an extra $450,000, so up to $4,764,884. Also they have Dontae Johnson, Joe Walker, Hroniss Grasu, & Jordan Willis at $990K, but it should be $850K, so additional $560,000, so now at $5,324,884.

Also, they don't take into account per game roster bonuses LTBEs, so for Blair, I gave him $250K, but he missed all of 2020, so that's an extra $250K, but in total it would be an additional $44,118 for Trent, $117,647 for K'Waun, $161,765 for Garland, $44,118 for Verrett, $14,706 for Bourne, so that's an extra $632,354, which includes the $250K for Blair, so now up to $5,957,238. I have them in my workbook at $7,432,772, so off by $1,475,534, not bad, just not sure where I'm off.

So, the 49ers would then be at around $19,369,419 in cap room before they decide on what to do with Dee Ford & Weston Richburg, they could add an additional $8,903,232(due to top 51 rule) by cutting them in March, that's depended on Dee passing a physical, since he has $11.6M GTD

On April 1, 2021. So if they did that, they'd then have $28,272,651 in cap room entering FA, with of course Trent Williams, Kyle Juszyzck, K'Waun Williams, Kerry Hyder Jr., & Jason Verrett as the main 5 players they should try and retain. They could do that with the $28.272M

By having super low cap numbers for all 5 in 2021, like $5.5M for Trent, $4.5M for Juice, $4M for Hyder, $2.5M for Verrett, & $7.5M for K'Waun, no that's not there APYs, I'd put them at $20M for Trent, $5.25M for Juice, $8M for Hyder, $8M for K'Waun, & $6M for Verrett.

$11,946,668 on top of the $8.9M they'd save by just cutting them. That would put them at $19,519,319 in cap room, again this is using a $185M cap, which I'm hoping it ends up being at the minimum, they also need to decide on Armstead's $7.5M protected option bonus

Now if they exercise it, $1.5M gets added onto his cap numbers, it's already there for 2021, so it would go from 2022-2025, but 2025 is basically a dummy year, it voids if no deal is reached. If they don't exercise it, his $12.5M cap number goes up to $18.5M since the $6M gets

added to his base salary, he's GTD the $7.5M, that's why it's called a protected option bonus, it's something I'd do with Fred Warner & maybe Trent Williams, they did it with George Kittle. I'd also expect a deal for Trent would be similar to Kittle's in the guarantee date.

So the first 3 seasons of a 5yr deal for Trent would be GTD IMO, and then 4th yr would have some GTD money, but it would become GTD on April 1 of the previous season, like Kittle has. It's something new that the 49ers never did before Kittle's extension.

It could also happen with Warner, as for Fred, I'd extend him at 5yr $18M a yr deal, $15M signing bonus, same as Kittle got, only taking away $3M in cap room, along with a protected bonus in 2022, but that would leave the 49ers with $16,519,319 before signing their draft picks or

Due to the fact that they were UDFAs. Moseley was too, but no way they don't tender him at 2nd Rd level, & Harris would net a 6th, but I'd love to see them extend those 2 to team friendly deals, same with pending UFA in 2022 Tarvarius Moore, who should be the future FS or SS IMO

If they tendered Mullens & Dwelley at the Original Rd, $2.133M, they'd go down to $13,573,319 in cap room. Rosen, again idk what he will be, a RFA or ERFA. I'd also try to get Dwelley signed to a extension team friendly low money deal, like Moseley & Harris.

Now, I can see them bringing back Grasu & Johnson on 1yr vet minimum deals, which would cost just $850K. I'd also like to see Beathard back on a similar vet minimum deal, Blair & Garland wise, I can see them at 1yr $2M max, Bourne wise, $2.5M a yr max. That would add up to $9.05M

But again, take away players making less, likely Grasu, Beathard, & Johnson wouldn't even count against the top 51 by then, so it would really be just a loss of $6.5M(lower with top 51, likely $850K each, so $3.95M), leaving them at $9,623,319 before signing their picks.

I can confirm that Josh Rosen, according to a source, is a ERFA, and not a RFA, so his tender should be $850K, just like Brunskill's, so a no brainer in tendering him.

She's good though, now has a plate in both hands, 1 from when she worked for Norton Company which made sand paper, she caught her hand in one of the machines, one she wasn't supposed to be working on, unfortunately in NY you can't sue your employer, she also has a plate in her neck from a car accident we had when I was a teen, and had one of her knees replaced, so we call her the bionic woman lol.

With OTC now projected the cap at $180.5M, we'd have $18,946,419 in cap room, with 58 players signed once Rosen signs his 1yr deal, as he's a ERFA, so he wasn't going anywhere, he's likely just a camp arm.

As always, thank you for the kind words. Literally my mind last night as I was trying to sleep was going, like I have to project extensions for Moseley, Laken, Moore, Dwelley, & Harris. I guess my OCD is VERY SEVERE, my doctor has said it's worst he has ever seen in a patient, I guess it can be a blessing & a burden, but I love doing this for you guys, I just wish we could get FA going, still a little over a month away, starts March 17th, the legal tamper period starts on the 15th, hoping the 49ers get some deals done before then, namely Trent Williams & Kyle Juszczyk(god I always have to look up how to spell his last name). This period between the day after the SB, and start of FA feels like it takes forever, ughh.
