How about a reminder on threads regarding their titles needing to be more descriptive... I don't want to see any more threads called "Mike Martz" or "Alex Smith." I would like to know what the thread is about, just the name of the person is not enough. It would be nice if those types of threads get locked up and removed to make sure that people will actually do it.

Not sure it's worthy of it's own thread at the moment, but a very good point.
It is something that MORE than irritates all of us, and 9 times out of 10, if the poster can't be more specific in his/her title, it belongs in another thread anyways.
