Wilson been following 49ers on socials? Is that him making his wishes known or proof of something behind the scenes?

I'm sure he would love to get off that loser Jets team and play for the 49ers

WIlson also follows Odunze, Burden and Roschon Johnson
Wilson also follows Olave
Wilson also follows Adams and Nacua
Wilson also follows St Brown and Williams
Wilson follows damn near every starting WR in the NFL.
Yac is just using existing IG follows to farm engagement.

Realistically, we probably wont be getting anyone else besides maybe a non big name edge rusher.

if I were the Jets I would want a vet #1 WR to help out the rookie QB
and then there's the cap hit they would take
and the fact that our 1st rd pick will be in the late 20s/30s
it just doesn't make sense for NY to trade Wilson
the only way would've been if he had demanded a trade, but he declined to do so today
so I don't even know why this is still a conversation
things could change in the next two weeks, but as of now -- it's dead
It's very similar to them trading Sauce last year, at the time the Colts were 7-1 so would have projected a pick in the 30's, and he'd already been paid as well.
They're a bad organisation and could easily talk themselves into being able to replace Wilson with their capital.
There's no smoke without fire, not saying that he'll be dealt, or be dealt to us, but there's no way that it's dead.
Very few players publicly demand trades, if you listen to that press conference he's clearly hedging, playing the good soldier, but one that hates losing. Well we can fix that.
I think the Chiefs are pretty much our only competition for him, but to be honest I think they are even a stronger candidate. They've got extra capital from McDuffie, and a worse WR room than us. Who would you want to pay? Rashee Rice or Garrett Wilson?

We need to be more dynamic at WR this season. If not Wilson, Downs will be a nice get with less compensation to surrender. Then, maybe add a secondary or Edge help if need to. Basically for me, if Wilson is available, that's the all in move. If not, maybe we can afford 2 players if need to with less price to pay.

im happy with he WR we have if we are healthy. Now its a big if i wouldnt mind adding another piece as insurance but i dont see it as a huge need. Getting someone like Downs would be nice imo i like the idea of JJ too perfect complimentary piece who knows the offense who purdy trusts.
I think we will get Mack too for now Chargers arent trading i am not sure why but if they lose next week then i think they will be open to trrades.

I think our next trade is for a CB. With JJ gone and Stout being injured/hit or miss, I would like to see what EP looks like on the outside while bumping D-Mo inside where he is better suited IMO.
Sidenote... does anyone remember how good Siran Neal looked in that preseason game?? I would love to give him a look if EP doesn't blow the doors off

I'm guessing we won't make another move until after this weekend of games.

If the Colts are selling everything, wonder what Sauce would command.
