Looks like Evan Anderson has some competition for the practice squad position. Who will he replace if Eason makes the 53?

I always felt Eason was a good 4th round pick, he was on one of my DIAMONDS IN THE ROUGH type of player...

If they carry 5 DTs it's certainly possible. That 5th DT spot is wide open.

Looking forward to seeing how Evan Anderson and Bryson Eason play in preseason. I haven't been excited like this for the season to start since they drafted Trey Lance.

Agree OTC; he's who I think has the best shot too. I remember a few of his Senior Bowl practice reps had me impressed and wondering who he was.
I do like the ND WR Pauling too. High character, team captain, 4.37 speed, gamer. If I'm cowing I would be worried about him

Sebastian Valdez (aka Hulk) was given a development year...he is still on the team
Hopefully he shines this year
IMO there are likely 2 DT roster spots for 3 players

Cosell liked this guy, thought he was draftable. I think he's in the running to make the team as we could use some beef up the middle.

If Cosell liked him, that's even more confluence to me that the kid can play.
I hope he balls out and forces us to keep him on the final 53. Rutledge beat him pretty bad at the Senior Bowl, but that's a first round guy on a pass rush rep versus a late round run stuffer, to be fair lol.
