Probably wont make a difference, but this guy has got to be the worst DC in the history of Football. He shouldn't be giving anyone advice.

Didn't Cowboys have the worst defense last year?

They had a horrible roster as well. He's a good defensive mind. It's not like he's calling plays

His last two yrs as DC in INDY they were top 10

ya i said same thing in other thread they really had no talent on that D last year.

He is a pretty good DC he had a great tenure in Indy and is a good LB coach and his D in Indy always had a ton of TO

Has he coached with Raheem before ? Do their philosophies match ? Or is this another "break glass in case of emergency" hire if Raheem gets another HC gig at some point ?

he was a pretty bad HCbut you have to seperate DC from HC

he was a great DC in INDY should be noted his defense also consistently ranked well in TO also a good LB coach

Why? He has almost 30 years of coaching experience and was a very well regarded LBs coach. He's not the head coach nor is he the play caller so he'll be a helper to Morris like Bradley was for Saleh. I don't see the issue.
