49ers signing LB Kyzir White If True What do you Think?

According to the front page the 49ers are going to sign Kyzir White. Thoughts? I don't know much about him and do you expect him to be able to step in on Sunday? Is he just insurance in case someone else goes down?

Martin is on IR currently. We have no healthy LBers besides Curtis Robinson and Hendricks

New LB Kyzir White is wearing number 34, which undergone many LBs the 49ers have gone through this season. He notes that he's played for Gus Bradley in the past and is somewhat familiar with the defense

#49ers Kyle Shanahan shared that when Brandon Staley was on staff he spoke positively about LB Kyzir White often. Shanahan's own experience with White and what Staley said influenced the decision to sign the LB.
White is a candidate play on Sunday.

Ok this guy has played just about every LB position along with DB. He actually came into the league as a Safety for the Chargers then moved to LB both right and left side. Then back to Safety for the eagles and back to LB for Cardinals and Titans. Big Nickle type player.

At least Kendricks & White have a lot of experience & shouldn't be out of position as much as Bethune & the other guys we signed off the practice squad & streets

On the PS. They elevated EK to the active roster. Looks like EK, Robinson and maybe Wallow are the LBs vs Philly

He can't possibly be game day ready after sitting around home all season. Just like EK, this guy needs to get acclimated

I wonder if he'll be active over Graham, but I doubt he's on the rotation schedule. I also wonder if Jayir Brown will play more LB this week vs the Eagles.

Looks like he belongs on an NFL field, which is more than I can say about some of the LB play I've seen on this team of late.
