I miss the QBs that respect the game.

Yup me too... Rivers was like, hell yeah I'll play. He doesn't have to be Philip of old because of the soft (softer) ass rules these days

I hope he can sneak into the HOF some day, I always hoped he'd win a SB with the Chargers

Brady was to the AFC what Jordan was to the NBA in the 90s. He took away a lot of championships for some good QBs like Rivers.
They had a shot of Rivers on the sideline near the end of the game. He had a serious scowl on his face. He would make a good badass in some movie.
DAMN…..Niner fan goes crazy after his wife tells him to turn off the Niners/Colts game and then shoots his wife and stepdaughter 😳

Absolutely horrific situation. As much as we all love this game it is still a game. To do that, especially to your loved ones because you're asked to switch the TV is absolutely evil.
Thanks for bringing this s**t/bad mojo into Niner Talk. s**t belongs in the PL.

For someone like that, I think it was going to be anything that would set him off. Something was eventually going to trigger him to do this horrible act.

Yeah probably, just ready to burst over anything. That said, ppl get way nuts over sports. Sometimes, if ya go to those fan get togethers..lots of times the vibes are great..sometimes the vibe stinks here and there cause..like it does lol. For some, maybe it becomes their whole identity, idk but ppl need to chill out.

What a f**kin loser

Yeah, that's always been crazy to me. People get too wrapped up in it. With social media it's gotten worse. Back in the 90's there was a Niner bar in Folsom my parents would go to and you might have an occasional anti Niner person in there but it never got ugly or personal, always seemed to be good humored. Nowadays, you have people that have mental breakdowns when their team loses, so fking dumb. People burning jerseys and smashing their own TV's…..fights in the stands.

Obviously this dudes issues were much deeper than turning the game off, but fans have become way too crazy and take it way too serious.
