97% chance to get in today….if we lose out, then back into the playoffs, the percentages go up that we will win the first playoff game.
That being said…..it would be shocking if we can't get one win out of the next three games.

I wouldn't , next 3 is a gauntlet, we gonna get the colts best shot at home, they in desperation mode now, bears are a force too and Seattle is probably best team in the league, I'd be happy to take 1 of next 3
A win next week and we're in. The Colts are very beatable with old man Rivers at the helm. On that last Colts drive he kept checking to run plays as if he didn't want the ball in his hands. With that being said, another week of practice and a big game under his belt I expect him to look a lot better and play with a ton of confidence against us.... My prediction, 9ers by 13
Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think if the Lions lose to the Steelers next week the 9ers clinch a playoff spot... pull that up Jamie.

*Edit*
We would also need Dallas to lose one more game.

Just keep playing as we control our own destiny rest of the year. Other games will take care of themselves
49'ers favored 4.5 next week at Indy.

Defense gonna have to tighten up against old man Rivers.

Which is what you want more than anything.

I don't "want" it lol. It's true and has been for while now.

That's an insult to Indy and they will play their asses off.

I hope we can score into the high 30s again, the defense needs to play much better. I'm counting on the win, but not expecting it like today

Yes - SF needs one win or a Dallas loss and Detroit loss to clinch a WC spot. Still in play for division #1, #5, and #6 seeds. None of the last three games will be easy, so we shall see.
I'm sure that bye was much needed and they got plenty of rest, but nap time is over and the defense needs to wake TF UP!

Hopefully, some guys return and we stay healthy for this tough stretch. The offense / BP looked like they're ready for the playoffs

Niners don't give a F'k about other teams, they just need to win out. It doesn't matter where we play the Lambs. It would be nice to get the 1st seed, but Niners are just thrilled to get there and the pressure isn't on them...
Bummed that both la and seattle were trailing...and won. Can we get a bye if the rams run the table?

Guy is such a loser . Yet somehow not as bad as Koldo since he can actually string together a few sentences to try and back up his idiotic assertions

Of course you do. You want Kyle fired so every win hurts that. Been a miserable season so far.

I like the way the schedule is setting up. I WANT to play good teams from here on in. Play quality football now to set up the tournament. I hope Indy, along with Chicago, and Seattle to play us tough. Easy games against weaker teams tends to dull the performance.

I never expected to lose today (we didn't), but I felt, based on the past three games for the Titans, that they were a much better team than their record. They rang up 31 on that good Browns defense last week. Before that the Jags held them to 3, but we've now seen Jax is a pretty good team this year. Before that they went into the Seahawks house and hung 30-24 L on them. Against that background, today's game look like a good launching pad.

Don't stop to figure out how many games we can lose and still make the playoffs. If we limp into the playoffs that way, we won't last past the first game. Yes, we will need to stay healthy and the young defenders to get better. However, what sets up in front of us is a good way to settle in to playoff football.

I like it.
