All of his miss FGs are from 50+ he's 6/6 under 50 2/5 over 50. And we already new this is who he is, last year was an outlier when it comes to hitting on this 50+ yarders.
XP misses has always been a thing with him, but at least he's yet to miss one when it really matters.
As long as he's great at kicks under 50 yards, I'll take that. It's hard to find consistent K.

My fear, is he misses one what it really matters. Take the extra point missed against WAS. What if this was the NFCCG against SEA on the 20 yard line? I cringe now everytime he kicks.

Having an elite kicker can be a gamechanger.
If the Jaguars were down by two with 40 seconds left, they know just getting to the opposing 45 yard line is enough to win. Whereas the 49ers would have to get many more yards.
It puts less/more pressure on the offense

His kicks are a little off because he see's our defense kicking the $h!t out of everyone else and figures he could be next.
