Watch RG #77. As noted on broadcast, a strong zone scheme fit. Has to get consistent with playing lower but has some tools to work with.

Honestly I thought he would go a little higher. Ton of reps in this scheme, played both sides of the IOL. I wouldn't be shocked if he makes this team and gets some starts under his belt sooner than later.

Is that a compliment to him or does it simply show how bad our current lg situation is?

Wouldn't surprise me if this guy pulls a Puni & wins the LG spot. Athletic traits there, been in the system at Iowa & Iowa has been a factory when it comes to blocking.

He probably already won, almost zero competition lol

so @colecubelic told me to check out Logan Jones from Iowa, another converted DL->OC for the Hawkeyes. Raw in areas you'd expect, but man the lateral quickness and strength are pretty special. pic.twitter.com/NntNoPeTcx

What do you guys think about him beating out batch to start next to Trent? If there is a guy to pair him with in his rookie year - it's Trent.
Iowa is well coached and somewhat similar scheme. Dudes experienced - I wouldn't be mad if we gave him a chance to start.
