This is what seizing your moment and taking a mother f**kers job looks like

The best example I ever saw of seizing the moment was Marshall Faulk at SDSU. He started the year as like the 7th RB in camp, got in to game 2 of the season because of injuries and discipline to other players and had 37 carries for 386 yards, 7 touchdowns, and a 2-point conversion.

I remember reading "When opportunity knocked he ripped the door of it's f**king hinges!".

Kind of hard to believe SDSU was the only school to offer to let him play RB. Everyone else wanted him to be a DB.
0 pressures allowed. Crazy!
Looks like he will be starting LG for awhile
I feel bad for Bartch but not bad he'll be out for a while cause Colby is better. BB was Wally pipped by Connor.
Goodnight, Bartch... just keep the bench warm and mission accomplished

He settled the line play out there and made it look solid. If he keeps it up no reason to give Barch back the starting gig

PPF ratings are stupid. You can get steamrolled like Brendel does often but because Brock is mobile and manages to escape and complete the pass they don't count that against you?
Dude is legit

The entire line was awful. Pretty hard to grade one when they were all terrible :)
No it isn't Brendel was horrible per usual vs the Seahawks.

Lets hope so. its one game.
Colby, Puni & McKivitz for the long term sure looks promising. Hopefully Trent sticks around for a few more years & we can find our center of the future in the draft or even free agency.

Or Moss is it.
The team has a long track record, since 2017, of finding awesome players in the later half of the draft and UDFA. Somehow, we are terrible at selecting players in the top 3 rounds (for the most part).

Whatever we are doing for identifying players in the second half of the draft, we need to start doing in the front half.

This guy just looked like he belongs and made an instant impact. guys like Bartch/Brendel just looks like they're limping around out there and no juice. It's nice to see guys like Colby and Puni bringing that youth and energy to the O line. The line looked way better once He came in.

49er fans need to face reality. Williams is going to be really hard to replace. He's one of the best tackles in the last 10 years and replacing him with a drasdft pick when you pick late in the round is going to be nearly impossible unless you just get lucky. Remember we lucked out when Washington traded him because they were concerned about his injuries.
