Ya lmao you obviously don't understand. The majority of our good players on the 94 team were already under contact. Once the 95 season kicked in we made quite a bit of roster chances to get under the cap. Fast forward a couple years later and the team looked completely different. Unless Eddie would've paid players under the table, he wouldn't have the all rosters that he had in the past.
