49ERS vs JETS Pregame Thread - 2024 Season Week 1

Just feels like a let down game. Salah returning with his best team yet (in NY) and Aaron Rodgers coming home off what should have been a career ending injury with one last chance to play in NorCal in front of all his people against the team that ruined his draft dreams.

Multiple of our star players have barely practiced, it's been an offseason of nothing but distractions and to top it off, our 1st rounder is lucky to be alive.

That spinning CMC run down the sidelines with BA out in front laying dudes out with blocks in Pittsburgh seems like 10 years ago and that fluke Greenlaw achilles tear still hurts like lacquer thinner in a fresh cut.

I can see a Jets win and it wouldn't be surprising or an upset.

Hopefully Kyle doesn't run CMC 145 times, 3 consecutive times in a row like usual and hopefully there's still enough cohesion with the offense to play well against a strong NY defense.

Win or lose, please no injuries.

Kyle > Saleh. I don't see it the other away around.

I want to see their CBs tackle in space vs Kittle/BA/jennings/Deebo. Rogers imo will be a little rusty. Dude hasn't played a full football game since SF beat him in the playoffs back in 22.

it would absolutely be a upset if the Jets beat SF in SF. Sorry they have some solid players but under Saleh they have yet to go over .500. They've had one winning season since 2011.
