What are we even bothering to roster him?

He is a zero as a WR and a liability as a punt returner. I rather have another PS guy come up for his spot.

without the injury situation he'd be pretty likely to be cut at this point

He's a good guy but he needs to fake an injury to get put on IR (with no designation to return) or he will be getting cut.

Exactly this. Before that I mentioned that Cowing is not it as a return man and that I saw all that I needed to see when he did it in seasons past. The preseason return gave me some hope. Nope; still absolute trash. Rather give the two UDFA guys on the practice spot a shot and his spot on the roster; Pauling in particular, kid is a gamer

Sounds like he has a job until he costs us a game. Hopefully it happens during the regular season and not in the playoffs

Not only is he a non factor on special teams and Offense but he's dangerous af on ST, in a really bad way. He does some wild bone headed stuff that is Going to result in more ST turnovers.

it's not talked about but I hope we trade for a guy like skyy again this trade deadline lol
