We already saw last season when Pearsall had the opportunity that he was super talented.
But man he is such an impressive player.
And he had two great games so far this season with two different QBs.
It shows you that he's not a product of the system.

Thank goodness for RP. This dude stabilized our WR position. I pretty much counted. Ayuk and Jennings as gone this year. I think BA will be back strong next year, I just don't know what's going on with Jennings.

I recall a lot of people posting that he was drafted too high and he wasn't a #1 receiver. Well he is now with Aiyuk still out. Even when Aiyuk comes back he may be the #1 target since we don't know how good he will be after the injury. What impresses me is that he's able to consistently get open when he's really the only option. No Jennings. No Kittle. Yet he's still getting open.

With his route running and Purdy's anticipation, this is going to be an amazing combo for the foreseeable future. Hopefully Aiyuk can return to form because having 2 elite route runners like pre-injury Aiyuk and now Pearsall, creates the best situation for the offense's success with Purdy.

Ask an average person in your grocery store to name a professional athlete ... I bet they are WAY WAY more likely to name LeBron or Steph Curry than any NFL player and unless they happen to be a pretty serious fan they probably can't name any current NFL WR.

Superstar is more a marketing distinction than performance. The only two superstars in the NFL are maybe Mahomes and Kelce.
