It's almost like posters calling him a bust after a season where he was shot jumped the gun.

I wasn't the biggest fan but White Boy Rick is playing really well
I wonder what he'll be able to do with a better OL, a successful running game, an all-pro TE playing, and more WR talent around him?

Nice story on the home page about the juvenile that shot Ricky Pearsall. Pearsall spoke for the kid to be tried as a juvenile, not as an adult.

"Mr. Pearsall is an incredible human being. You recognize that?" Judge de Bellefeuille told the defendant. "He has expressed compassion for you, he has modeled his faith."

Good on Pearsall but the this incident was inches away from being a deadly shooting. The shooter should be tried as an adult.

I tend to agree with you. From the longer article in the Chronicle, it appears Pearsall's own testimony had a large influence on the judge's decision.

If anyone deserves to have the final say, it's Pearsall, but it's not in the percentages that this won't happen again. I applaud Pearsall for making the effort to help this kid, hopefully the example of Pearsall's forgiveness will influence this kid to change his life.
I cant wait till we have Pearsall, Aiyuk, Juan, CMC, and Kittle

if we get healthy we can make a deep playoff push. The D looks solid so far and i htink it will get better as our young players on D get more experiance
He's like the only healthy WR we have. At least he's playing well.

Their CB situation is worse than our wr situation

Doubt it. Chances are the kid will get out and murder an innocent victim next. Strongly disagree with the judge. But it is par for the course in CA.
