Not having Trent and Deebo was the biggest reason. Also Purdy struggled some and CMC got banged up which goes with Deebo and Trent being out. They are All Pros, in Trent's case a 1st ballot HoF, so not having those guys healthy cripples the offense badly.

I still have a hard time counting the Cleveland game, Purdy drove us back and Moody missed. Luckily since then Kyle decided to just score TDs.

The other 2 came because we were down 2 of our best 3 on the roster.

Purdy also had a concussion late in the Viking game that he cleared the day before the Bengal game
He probably shouldn't have started b/c he didn't look right and had 2 INTs

We were also missing CMC for parts of it. Sometimes teams need a kick in the ass and a reminder that hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard.

might be the best thing that happened to us. If we can still end up with the 1 seed and go on a terror to run the table. Just need to stay healthy and focused, one game at a time. Only "real" challenge left are the Ravens. Obviously we can lose those other games but not if we are locked in.

Yeah, In hindsight we should of started darnold and let Brock rest. Oh well.

I'd love to hear how darnolds experience has been this year relative to past seasons and what he's learned/enjoyed the most. Even though he's the backup, he's learning what a real organization looks like and should be a better qb for it. Hell he's even got some reps. Lol Trey would of got some play time.

What an all around great TEAM win. Deebo, Jennings, Aiyuk, CMC, Purdy, Kittle. Mooney was out of his mind breaking up passes to Brown, even Kinlaw got sacks. TW always balls and watching them come through the tunnel is the true leader of the team, but the O line outside of him and Banks is still trash. Nice to have enough All Stars to make up for it.

Yeah, the o line is a real problem. If Purdy wasn't so mobile, they would of blown up so many plays. If we had jimmy still, it would of been ugly. Brock is able to move around and buy time, or at least stands in there without fear.

it looked like another "grenade out of a bunker" throw when he hit deebo for the 48 yard TD.

i really would like to see us knab a tackle in the draft with our first pick (assuming a good one falls to us at 32). Maybe even a center in the 3-4th round. Someone to develop.
