Today's game only showed (regardless of 2nd half, whatever) that the 49ers have ways to go before considered SB favorites.
Tired of losing in the playoffs.
Quite the overreaction lol
Right...and then has the team we have beaten in the playoffs two straight years ahead of us.

Up by 11, outgained them by a 3 to 1 ratio, 70% 3rd down conversion rate. Yet this game doesn't seem dominant, or put away, yet.

Ok I have a problem with people comparing the Cowboys shutout win of the Giants versus our game. There's so many different factors at play.
For the Cowboys it was week 1 and they had all offseason to prepare for the Giants inept offense. We had 4 days after a grueling game against the Rams. The Giants had 2 games to get a little better before playing us, which they did. We have no Aiyuk. It's a Thursday night game which are historically awful and most players complain about.
Just stop it with the comparisons. We should be focused on getting a W and having a mini bye week. Get out of here healthy. I'm not grading this game
Well said.

Thursday games are simply poor versions of the product. Especially Weeks 2-9 or so.

the team doesn't play it's best football and is up 17-6. Brock's worst game last week and they score 30. On their way to 3-0. I'm feeling pretty damn good about this teams SB chances. Oh and the Niners will DOMINATE the second half

I wonder if the Giants are seeing some of the "tells" we supposedly have over the middle of the field? They have defensed that well
What tells? It's what they do the vast majority of the time every single game. It's not a mystery. Giants were executing well.

Kittle needs to step up. This production on routes when another pass catcher is missing is not acceptable.

They have 14 regular season games to go, we'll continue to build esp this defense

You know. We all watch TNF when other team are on and it's easy to say how one team sucks or the other. Last week I was harping on Minnesota and Philly saying both teams looked awful and we could take 'em to the woodshed.
but now when you see how off our team looks even though we're up it goes to show how STUPID THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL really is. You cannot expect teams to play well after only a 4 day turnaround. If the NFL wants the revenue, tell the high school and the college teams to f**k off and play games on Friday or Saturday

Players and coaches hate TNF
It is always sloppy
They need to make 2 BYE a year and give TNF teams a BYE before their games
