What is your opinion of the trade of Trey Lance?

He'll do better in Dallas than here that's for sure. They have a seven step offense and big offensive line so he won't have to be running for his life like here. They'll also play The Deep ball more which caters to his strength so I think overall it's a good move for Dallas and it'll be a good move for Trey. I think he'll get some reps in and be successful

I'd want out too if I were him. Smart man. Kyle isn't a qb teacher at all. He's a qb killer.

Let's just forget that he got peak performances out of Matt Scaub, Matt Ryan, RG3, Jimmy G, and yes even Nick Mullens, who wouldn't even have a career if not for Kyle.

Excited to get a 4th and excited for all of our picks next year.

But, I really wanted to root for Trey wherever he landed. Now I obviously cannot.

Nothing wrong with taking a shot & missing & moving on.

qb murderer 🔪 lol

I'll be rooting for Trey even if he is ahem, a Cowgal now. Was it the right choice? Monetarily, probably. The timing was off to me, after that media firestorm, you wanna trade him..and before preseason was over. But they want Bosa, makes sense, go get him. I do wish though, Trey wasn't in a qb3 position..ouch on that. A series of bad luck for Trey. K&L trying to save face a bit there, so much drama lol

This
After watching Brandon Allen dominate last night I've come to conclusion that Kyle has a plan and everything will be all wight. I mean... Who needs Trey when you have a 30 year old guy that has been garbage his entire career?

It sounded like Trey wanted out once he found out he was going to be #3. If that's true, then 9ers did the right thing. Irony's he's still #3 in Dallas.

You might need to change your name now.

Sorry I read from this convo was "fk him" and "I'd want too".

And then your name is Bangbang, I'm thinking you know......

Smart move by the FO. Can't have the media and fans keep hollering for Trey when this is Brock's team.

Wouldn't a 7 step drop mean he's more likely to be running for his life? Don't teams go to the quick passing game to negate a strong pass rush?!?

Now maybe they have a better oline… but I think our starters are pretty good too.

Yeah, I think you're right on this.
Personally, I wanted Trey to stick around and keep fighting, but he wanted out, I understand that. I don't see his new situation as better: QB3, new system, win-now team…. I think Trey was a little hasty.
we were lucky to get a 4th, snookered the master Jerry Jones LOL
