NFL2K would need to come back for EA to care about making the games good again.

EA has the license through 2030, hopefully the dude from Saudi Arabia only cares about FIFA and doesn't renew it.
Oooh 49ers took the Green Bay time slot for the Seattle game.
I love how Brock's playing but I don't care for all the hoopla the media is drooling over him now. If he has a mediocre game or bad game, they'll turn on him immediately and say they were all mistaken. So screw them.

us fans know what kind of baller he is and rock with him.

Mykel and Bosa will be back. Going to destroy them.

I don't know if Nick will be back. I'd love to have him back for that game but the turf out there scares me so we may want to play long term and hold him out.

Yeah, would be great if he's good enough to play. Huge divisional game. If not, at least having Mykel back will be a big boost. The slew of vets we signed will have to do something in place of Bosa.

getting pressure on Darnold will be a big deal and Mykel can set the edge; which taking away the run game from him will be huge too.

Brock will never be the best QB based on his size or arm strength but he can still be the best based on his play. That's where he is right now. His on field play puts him right at the top. People will always look at the physical attributes when ranking QBs mainly because it's hard to evaluate things like how fast you process what you see pre snap and post snap. Pocket awareness. All the unmeasurables. Much easier to measure 40 times and height. How fast and how far the ball travels.

I don't care where anyone has him ranked as long as he keeps playing well.

The plain fact of the matter is playing quarterback in the NFL at a high level requires so much more than just being a physical specimen. Just look at the two most badass qbs that have ever played, Montana and Brady, neither one was a physical specimen like the guys who get glazed constantly by the talking heads these days. Maybe they could get by on their physical attributes in the college game, but once you become a pro, what you have between your ears becomes much more critical. That's what most folks who underestimate guys like Purdy don't seem to get. You don't need to be able to throw the ball 75 mph on a rope 65 yards, those plays are super rarely part of a game. It's much more important to playing quarterback to be able to read defenses, process the play, and execute the throws that happen on the regular. If you have to choose between physically gifted and mentally gifted, the smart move is to go with the guy who understands what he is seeing instead of the guy who is slow to see it, and has to try and force a throw because he's late on a read.

Tend to agree, would love him back, but even after that game we have the commies then falcons before the bye week. If he isn't 100% for Seattle, I'd shut him down till after the bye.

I counted 53 stats that they use to measure QBs now. They aren't using the Johnson factor yet.

Yet they give guys like Herbert and Lawrence a very long leash. He will never change some of their minds and I don't really care and doubt Brock does either. We got a baller and if this team can get and stay healthy I don't think anybody is stopping us.
