He just didn't see him or thought it was a different coverage. He thought his WR was wide open. What i liked about tonight is that even though things didn't go his way early on. They stalled in the red zone. CMC dropped that pass. The Int. He didn't let it snowball. Outside of one throw. He played a great game. I will take that any time, every time.

That pass with the pocket collapsed to CMC in the flat when it looked like he was sacked was my wow play this game. Minimal gain but the sheer knowledge of the plays and feel for the game was elite.

I thought he played well overall. His TD / INT ratio was good as was the rating. He even had a few good runs. Good game overall and like he said his mechanics looked better. He dedicated himself back to that again and I thought it showed.

Kyle loves explosive plays. That's why Brock is the perfect QB for his system. I love the way Brock plays, he reminds me a lot of Joe.

His interception was bad and I'm pretty sure that Mike Evans was open on the left but that was really the only mistake Brock Purdy made. The rest of the game he was really on the same level he was last year after coming back from the toe injury. Just super calm in the pocket, takes what the defense gave him, great scrambling. The play he made for the Deebo TD was superb. Really good game by Brock.
