im excited this is the best group since that 2023 season (i think thats the year) with Deebo Aiyuk JJ and then when CMC came mid year. I dont think it is as strong as that year though

Time will tell. Too many unproven guys and George coming back from a serious injury. CMC also seems to be not as good as he was that season running the ball.

Having said that it could wind up being a better unit overall. Deebo wasn't as good as his 2021 version and struggled vs man coverage. Pearsall has to show he can stay healthy but as a WR2 he can be a very good player. Stribling has a lot of potential too and can easily pass JJ given the speed advantage. We'll see what the running game can produce.

The bigger thing tho is Purdy's development tho. He's a better QB now than he was that season. So even if the players aren't on the same level, if they're healthy the offense has a chance to be just as dangerous if not more so. And honestly with Mike's vet leadership and size advantage he can be just as effective as Aiyuk that season.

Can't wait for the offense to stay healthy and Brock to have his best year.

all we need is health, especially on the o line. Only weak part of our O, IMO, is the TE depth. I don't love our o line but I don't think it's bad - just need solid LG play.

if Kittle can't play early on, which idk how I feel about him playing early on regardless, the backup guys concern me.

Until the 49ers get back to running the ball i would temper those expectations. They were garbage last year and Brock isnt going to succeed without it.
