lol what game did you watch? Purdy was f**king clutch when it mattered on 3rd downs. he was 9 for 11 for 88 yards. 8 were for 1st down, the other for a TD. he also had a rushing TD on 3rd down.

it boggles my mind what some of the fans on this forum see when they watch the NFL. blinded by fantasy football stats.

That's 23 of the 26 points we scored.

The drive before the half was excellent. His play overall was improved. Nothing great. Also Nothing bad. The conditions and the opponent were an obstacle for sure. Just think we should pump the breaks a bit on how great of a game he played and on if he's truly back. This game was merely just a step in the right direction.

This is the Purdy I saw in 2022 and 2023!!! Welcome back!!! Definitely my most favorite game by him this season!!!!

Another note on how much the 49ers defensive losses have hurt them this year. As is almost always the case, Stafford plays like a coward when he gets pressured. He hurries his throws and isn't athletic enough to get away from the rush. The last game between these two teams might have looked a little different if we had a healthy Bosa, Williams, and Warner. That was a wicked ball to Nacua though, and a great catch.

Comparing the two QBs is actually hilarious.

Sorry your boy Stafford couldn't beat the Panthers. Not our fault.
