I think that's a good chart showing the comparison. We know the offense is more explosive under Brock, but he certainly can get a wild hair at times.
Yup but also comparable if not lower negative play rate than Lamar Jackson, definitely lower negative play rate than Josh Allen with a higher explosive play rate than both of them.
That doesn't mean he's better than either or both of course but I can guarantee you Bills and Ravens fans aren't concerned about their QB or looking for them to just check it down all the time.

This no knock on Brock but I wouldn't call this offense explosive no matter who's at QB. They aren't getting the huge chuck plays from the running game and they don't have the WRs to make alot of explosive plays. I would call this offense efficient but not explosive.

You are almost never going to see Mac scramble out, direct a receiver, and launch it for a big play. You're gonna get more sacks due to lack of escapability. Your offense can still move the ball but will ultimately be less explosive overall, affording less room for error from everyone, and the more plays required increase chances for drive stalling errors or mistakes by other players beyond the QB.
Is Brock really a proven player? 1 elite year then backed that up with an okay year and so far this season it's been a mixed bag. I wouldn't call him a proven player.

He's got 45 starts in the NFL. 6 of them in the playoffs where he has a 4-2 record.
Yes he's a proven player.
Also...OTC said proven playmaker. Which he also is.

I would say so unless your measuring stick is they've won a Superbowl or Superbowls. If that is your expectation to say someone is proven, then there are like 3 proven NFL QBs

D is already behind the 8 ball and he's doing this s**t; he just can't help himself with these boneheaded throws. Clearly this is not going to change, just been getting worse the last 2 years

This man is Incapable of throwing a strike, a laser, a dart, a ball with any velocity what so ever. It's incomprehensible that he got 250M. He effing stinks. Max Jones is 100x the pro QB that this scrub is. He cannot throw a tight spiral with velocity. He cannot throw with precision either. What good is this guy? He's horrific
His skill set is dink and dunk football.
