Trey_ning Wheels can't even find his jock strap. Much less a 2nd read. Mr 5.0 forty would be beat by Purdy. He's garbage. Purdy is a young QB having some ups and downs. He will bounce back. He's not even the main reason we are losing.

Oh Lord..here come the Trey all dayers lolol
I'm with Chris. He shouldn't have been out there today,
Purdy is great when everything goes as planned but when we need him to step up in the second half we're srewed.

He made multiple big plays today where everything didn't go as planned.
Right now he's not very clutch. He's good but he's looking like Jake Moody. I don't trust him to bring us back or win a game

we'll see what they say, should have info in a day or so if this was another concussion or not
multiple concussions, could be grounds for more protocol and he may miss time, even with a bye

I think you have that backwards. There was a contingent in here that for the last three years had been saying put Lance in and give him a chance to suck, now that Purdy is going through the inevitable growing pains that a lot of young players do, your argument seems to be that it would have been okay for Lance to suck for three years but it's not okay for Purdy to be going through his rough patches. You can't have it both ways.

The problem with Lance was, as one beat writer put it, his floor was so low that the team didn't think they could afford to wait around for him to reach his ceiling, whatever that might end up being. Purdy's floor is much higher, maybe higher than Lance's ceiling based on that Raiders game. Certain people in here like to fool themselves into thinking that because he had a decent deep ball he could somehow parlay that into some kind of superior starting ability. The problem, as was so amply demonstrated in the Raider game, is that, after three years of training camps, he didn't seem to understand what he was seeing and lacked the willingness to just pull the trigger when the shot was there. It probably wasn't a coincidence that they traded him shortly thereafter. Brock has had some tough times the last few games, but he has also made some really great throws and made some good plays. The defense hasn't helped him much during those games but, of course, to some in here that doesn't matter, because wins, after all are a team stat, but when they lose it's all the QB's fault.

His arm is not that weak. Just as much as Brees or Young. He's struggling with bad decisions and timing. Which you expect for a rookie. Which he is in games despite being a 2nd year player. He will be fine and get better.

That's not winning in todays game. That style of play ain't beating Hurts or Mahomes in the big games. A pocket QB can't keep pace today consistently unless he's a rare breed and has everything right around him

I saw Jalen Hurts when he first came to the NFL. He looked terrible but he had mobility and a big enough arm. He had elite traits and given time he's now a game breaker that can make his coaches look better and that can win games for his team making plays when there are sometimes plays not to be made

Brock just does not have those traits and that doesn't grow on trees. For Brock to be what we need him to be every decision he makes must be the right one and there's very little margin for error.

I'm tired of playing ball like that and being handicapped at the QB position as such. I'll root for Brock so long as he's under center but this whole thing is like a slap in the face when I look around the league at other blue chip talents we have to beat and then I see we're starting Mr Irrelevant to try and beat them with

It was a dumb move to draft Trey then play him four damn games because we most certainly had a Super Bowl team and the chip was surely ours and not the other 31 teams in the NFL

I dont deny his red zone turnover was horrible. But anyone blaming him needs to look at the defense and lack of a running game without TW.

When we spend three firsts we were supposed to have a QB that can overcome that at least half of the time. When we don't develop said QB for his backup then that backup better look like a guy we gave up on three firsts for. And he better look like it this year because I was told the last three seasons that this is a Super Bowl team and we can't develop a QB here even one we spent three firsts on because of that fact

I was told bump Trey because Brock is the real deal. Well, let's see it right god damn now

Trey couldn't beat out Darnold or Allen. We're lucky to get a mid round pick. He's Dallas 3rd string too.

He's cooper rush. He won a lotta games on a loaded team and unlike DAL we went all in behind the backup. DAL knew Cooper Rush wasn't gonna help then beat PHI so they rolled with Dak. We rolled with Purdy. Traded Jimmy drafted Trey but we're starting Brock vs Mahomes and Hurts

I will keep my fingers crossed

He really shouldn't have. Makes me pissed really. I mean why not just let Sam play..rest BP on the bye? I hated this when I saw it. Absolutely stupid to have him play. Purdy is gold..treat him like it. I kinda hate Shanny for getting him back on the field
