Anyway, Brock has been excellent overall.

Three passes were batted down against the Cowboys, IIRC. Has had a few others as well. Those all count against the number.

I wouldn't read too much into it. CPOE is relative. Passes behind the LOS are generally completed at a really high rate. Brock Purdy has 3 incomplete passes behind the LOS in 27 attempts, which is more incompletions than expected compared to the average passer. Josh Allen, for example, has only 1 incomplete pass behind the LOS in 28 attempts. CPOE for passes behind the LOS is going to be volatile because of how high the expected completion percentage on those passes is.

You can see Brock's passing charts here, which show that he was credited with 1 incomplete pass behind the LOS in week 1 and 2 in week 3:

After Purdy brings home our 6th Lombardi, he should change his number to 6.

What a TOOL. But not as bad as Steven Ruiz. The statements make no sense however.
I cant call purdy elite or "playing elite" because we still haven't seen him lead a comeback down 24 at halftime of the superbowl when deebo, aiyuk, kittle, and cmc are injured and out of the game.

Until that happens I cant call him elite.

Or…. He spends the next 15 years getting us to number 13 😈

I need to see him throw the ball downfield to himself with no olineman blocking for him before I can call him elite, need to know if he can put the team on his back.

I'd probably still need to see him make a few game winning field goals too but I'll settle for the first one.

I can't call him elite until there is 1:20 left in the 4th, down by 3 tds and comes back to win it in a snowmaggedon

I have mentioned this a few times haha but think I have watched this play..tbh..10x? Lol..this was the play. The play where my jaw literally dropped, time kinda stopped it was so good lol and said to myself..this guy can very much get us a ring. The Tampa game was a stunner..but when I saw this old skool, Bill Walsh play and the guy makes it look like another day at the park..with a rib injury iirc..damn right I was thinking this could very well be the guy to help get us to the Six. I mean..I remember exactly where I was when this happened..with my mouth wide open lol.

The last pick in the draft? Lol
We ran that play in 1994 against the Lions.

The play itself is the real genius, but it does take the whole team executing to pull off.

IMHO though, the second touchdown to Kittle in that game was more impressive, because it wasn't a predetermined read like that one, and required Brock to notice the coverage was blown. Because McCaffrey was open on the little swing screen, but Brock chose the corner because the defense blew their coverage. 10/10 times Jimmy would have thrown to McCaffrey.

Jimmy???
who gives a s**t
wow

I believe some therapy is out there for some of you

I would argue that he's so good he doesn't put us in those ridiculous situations just as MJ never put his team in a 1-3 hole in an NBA finals series
Being critical of Jimmy means someone needs therapy ✔️

Look for it in the DSM-5-TR 😆
