One of the most exciting games I've seen in a long time. I have to admit it looked bad down 17-0 and again down 24-17. Unbelievable.

Eating crow 1000% I take back everything I said. Definitely let emotions get the best of me.
Jimmy has heart. He isn't perfect, but he earned an enormous amount more respect from me today.
I should 100% eat crow too, I said some pretty s**tty things.
Add me to that list.

I wanted him out before the two minute drill before half.
Happy to eat crow.

Stafford is physically tough, but he definitely got rattled by our d-line. He was struggling to even throw a basic screen at times.

I was on a first date - plan was hike then sports bar for the game. At 17-0 I was like "we could go do another hike or something?" but thank god she wanted to stay haha.

My level of depression when we were down 17-0 and then they flashed that graphic we had gained 1 yard was at a damn near all time high.

Ridiculous statement. Their GM has loaded their roster top to bottom at the expense of the future picks to try and win now. Shanahan just has McVay's number.

The only way a six seed can get a home game if it's against a seven seed. And the only way that would happen is if it was the Eagles visiting Levi's Stadium in the NFC championship game

Yup. I am sure the good lord was very disappointed in the things that came out of my mouth during that game. But I have nothing but positive thoughts after that win. I just love how clutch jennings was at the end. Big catches on 3rd down I was ecstatic. And the interception by the rookie who we all toasted was the perfect ending.

This is where it really helps to build your OL if you're going to go all in on an aging, somewhat injury prone pure pocket passer. Their left tackle is like 400 years old and the rest of the OL is varying degrees of meh. It blows my mind how often teams put all of this investment into their QB, their WR's and their RB's but OL? Screw that.
The Rams could have taken any number of OL's with their 2nd round pick, instead they went with a 5'9, 160 pound slot receiver that barely played before ending up on IR.
49ers definitely can improve the OL further but securing Williams after Staley retired and bringing Mack were all strong moves.
