The Game is clearly moving fast for him. His timing is too slow and he's not going through his progressions quick enough. So he's either locked on to his primary (INT play) or he's gone checkdown.

The physical traits are there. Its the mental part of the game that he's behind on right now. As expected.

Just need to open up the field by spreading the offense. Trey will be fine. I take issue with the play calling here, not the kid.

Need to bring in a new GM to prevent Kyle from making stupid mistakes like trading up for Trey Lance, Ruben Foster, Wichnowsky, Joe Williams, etc

Exactly. Kyle is the GM and this is his team. He should own this mess. We are 8-7 and that has nothing to do with Trey Lance but with Kyle and his poor decisions.
