SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS at SEATTLE SEAHAWKS - 2021 Game 12

I am trying to think of a game where a hated, tough rival was on the ropes like this. I can't think of any. Dallas, Green Bay..no one was ever on the brink like this. I hope we score 52 and shut them out

A win today is so important. Helps playoff seeding. Knocks out a division rival. Best part is we end this era. Really want to see a convincing victory this afternoon

I hope the Niners dominate them , while I don't want to see any players seriously hurt I hope the Defense put sa A$$ whoopin on them.,,with a Ronnie Lott style flavor.. I never have gotten over what seattle did to NaVorro Bowman..that was on purpose

Jimmy had 165 yards and a 9.8 IAY/PA the first half against Seattle and was ailing. Now he's healthy with way less PA and is more comfortable. We also had 143 yards rushing.

I don't expect a strong performance from the defense given the injuries. Just be good on 3rd down, and in the redzone. 2 turnovers would be nice.

IIRC, we also had 3, maybe 4 other starters out, or injured and trying to play, the OL was hurt , blah blah. Can't recall the specifics but the one thing we didnt have …was good health.

Okay, so it's Deebo today, but Elijah IS playing and for good hands guys we're good…au jus, kittle, Aiyuk, Surefield, Jauan, Dwelley, Woermer, Hasty….that ought to be enough to get a handful of good hands guys out on routes. And remember not too long ago, a game kittle had 9 targets with 9 catches.

As for Kyle's playcalling a couple games back…remember the OT eligible, #71? What was so great about that play, which was abysmal, and big Trent was triple covered…next play our guys immediately lined up at LOS and quick snap, bullet to #85 …TD.

The beauty was when Trent's pass was intentionally overthrown by Jimmy, kyle had guys back at LOS, Defense is checking to see if Trent is eligible again, and bam, snap, bullet , TD. The beauty of that Trent play was the quick hitter to #85 before their D got their wits about them..

that was one of my favorite 2 consecutive play calls all yr. MORAL? Kyle is BACK. And it is about damn time we put the SEA scourge to rest. Okay, put 'em at the bottom of the ocean…or just beat 'em unmercifully. It's no secret that Russ is dinged and can't escape the BIG RUSH, which Nickie B is about to bring. Also Huf, Azeez, Key, et al, are playing at a totally different level entirely We're not the same team (Jimmy is ok) and SEA isn't.

9ers 31-23… or it's a laugher.

Yeah that was BS to be hurt like that and the fans purposely humiliate him more...Bowman, a three-time All-Pro linebacker, will return to Seattle for his first game there since the NFC Championship game. He said he plans to return to the exact location near the north end zone where the injury occurred.

And he also remembers having popcorn thrown on him as he was being carted off the field.

"I remember it, and that's been with me for a while," Bowman said on Friday. "No matter who gets hurt, you want to make sure they get back up on their feet and show some sign of respect that I don't think the Seahawks fans did that at all.

"So, 'You can't keep a good man down,' is my message to them."

When asked if Bowman heard from Seahawks fans after the incident, he answered, "No, I didn't. I heard (Richard) Sherman did something, but no fans have reached out at all."
