The Yorks love Lynch and Shanahan too much to move on from them this season, plus, they're going to want to give Shanahan a Year 2 with Trey.

Shanahan has security through at least until next season.

They'll need to hire from the college ranks. And to be honest, I don't think a respectable GM would take this job with no first round picks.
