They can only play the teams that they're scheduled to play. Whether the Eagles are any good or not, we should just be happy that we're 2-0 regardless of who we've played.

I remember watching a game live against the eagles in 1994. Niners lost that game 40 to 8. That was a tough loss. I think that was the last time I was at candlestick. Today was a great tough win . I hope they get another one next week.

That was the game where Steve Young got into a shouting match with Siefert because he got pulled and he thought Siefert was blaming him for the blowout. After that we went on a huge run and ended up winning SB XXIX that year.

Yes you are correct. I also remember in that season finale @ Minnesota it was a MNF game and "Easy" Ed McCaffrey caught a TD.
