You guys and your worries. We will be fine. It is only a franchise defining pick. You act as if you already know the results before the action has taken place. I mean, it is going to be a QB. Might as well call them Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, and Mountain Dew. I mean, though the chances are low, one comes from BYU and reminds you of a right-hand Steve Young One comes from Ohio State. Yes, that Ohio State. How's that QB history working out for you? Granted, he went to Georgia first, which according to Phoenix's understanding of QB metrics that makes him OK. Another comes from North Dakota (has to check his sources....hold please) State, yeah, that's it. I want to call it Never f**king Heard of You U. But, the young man is Smart as a whip. But he never faced a Nicky Saban defense now, has he? Speaking of Nicky Saban, he has a QB in the mix as well for us. And he is smart, too. For that matter, he actually, you know played against people. We all have our favorites, but in the end, the brass is going to choose that which they believe will take them to the promise-land. No matter who it is, how about, for once, at least for 30 mins after the dude is selected, we pretend to support him and then we can go back to our general b***hing? Eh? Just for once? What's that? What about Jimmy G? You already know, best not to pretend that you don't.

i think the most i am worked up about is not really the death and destruction thought of getting mack.. it is dumping jimmy and then just assuming one of our scrub quarterbacks or the un named rookie can just walk right in. step right up and win... if that happens this weekend.. well... i picked the wrong weekend to stop sniffing glue

the prospect of facing a day in which we draft mack. dump jimmy and then hear kyle say we are a super bowl winning team with rosen may be just to much for me to bear. it would be a worse day for me than the day president lincoln had when he picked up his tickets at fords theatre

So I though Rosen was the next Rodgers, I thought Eli Manning was going to be an epic bust, I thought Troy Smith was going to be our savior under Singletary, I thought Kap was better than Wilson.

what I think is the best pick in this draft doesn't mean crap. So I'll just sit back and let the pros do their thang.

i thought Jake Plummer was the next montana.

i also thought Herbert would be a complete bust (i watched all of his Oregon games and never really saw him takeover a game)

I really wish some of our fans looked at the situation objectively. A lot of people are thinking a rookie might not be able to come in and produce like Jimmy Garoppolo or learn the system. Well when jimmy was great for those 5 games he didn't know the system either.

However, Jimmy has not played that well as of late so a rookie quarterback, especially the ones we are looking at can most certainly complete quick passes to receivers running back's and tight ends like Jimmy did. Not only that, every single one of these rookies has a better arm than Jimmy and is a lot more accurate beyond 15+ yards and especially deep. Every one of these quarterbacks are more mobile than Jimmy as well. So whatever you think the rookie quarterback we choose will limit us, I can guarantee you the other factors I mentioned will outweigh the inexperience in this offense.

So let's all think about this logically, this might be the first time a rookie quarterback can take us or any team for that matter to a Super Bowl. It's very possible with our defense and a top three roster.

and you can take that to the bank
