Is this signing meant to give Bosa a breather, during games, not overload him...?

I think best case scenario is Dion alternates giving Bosa and Ford a breather until Blair is back and 100%.
Good signing, he can mentor Solomon Thomas on how to be a huge bust and still stick around in the league.

Pretty sure Solly doesn't need a mentor for that subject, he already aced it.
I cannot see him taking away any time from Bosa or Ford. I think this is strictly a signing for rotation.

i have more hope for this guy to be respectable as compared to thomas. hell even the other white guy on the d line who signed with the vikings i would have kept over thomas

Yeah, I'd like to give Blair a full year before he's close to 100% himself again. And that'll be in 4Q of the season so Dion has a real shot in rotation to add some value. Or he could lose out to Oingo Kongo. Who knows.
I know yall like being optimistic but he ain't adding any value

Yeah that's most likely the scenario

But I hope we are both wrong

Exactly, this is for depth in the rotation.

I CAN SEE this guy taking away Ford's spot... this kid can still be as good as ALDRUNK Smith because of this fellow DL ..

No way in hell will Dion Jordan take snaps from Dee Ford. Ford's produced at a high level, where Jordan's been a bust. He's more of a rotational player, he won't take serious snaps from Dee IMO.

No that would be like getting back together with an ex you broke up with because your relationship was completely dysfunctional as all hell.

But.....how big were her boobs?

Didn't they let Shump go?!?

FACTS! How anyone thinks Dion Jordan will take away snaps from Dee Ford is beyond me. He has shown nothing that would substantiate that belief.
